Audio Video Remix

My project will be a series of studies of individuals moving how they chose, recorded video of those movements and using a software to transform the video. I will also be adding remixed audio to the video to create a music video type effect.

I propose a time-based project that will incorporate video, audio, and visual effects that will be artistic and attention capturing. I will research how to properly convert the video into the visual effect I desire. The software I will be using to alter the video will be Adobe After Effects in Creative Suite 3 . When uploading specific video clips into the software I will isolate the clip of choice and begin adding in effects.
To change the appearance and color of the video clip I will need to open up the color keying option, select the eye dropper, select the green screen background color, and then key out the background while keeping the human figure still visible. Then I will add another solid layer of any color I chose and make certain it is behind the video clip layer. This will let the color shine through the keyed out sections of the video clip. Finally I will adjust the contrast levels of the video clip, turning the video entirely one color.
When I am done with the specific clip, I will export it to a QuickTime Movie format, and then upload it to my iMovie software. After I have transformed and completed all the video clips, and successfully uploaded them to iMovie, I will begin organizing the clips in specific sequences so that the effect is the most attention grabbing. After the order of the clips has been decided I will insert two hundredths of a second images in-between the clips that will appeal to the viewers senses. These images will be barely visible while the movie is playing, but your brain will register the image.
Lastly I will add a remixed track of audio to the video. The audio must cooperate with the video or the finished product will not make sense. After many hours of working to find the correct audio that best interprets the video I will have a final product. The only thing left to add is a title and ending credits.
After completing the project I will export it at Expert Settings and upload it to my You Tube and Word Press accounts. Then sit back and enjoy the enhanced audio video.
